Feedback on idea: get a short video whenever your soccer team scores a goal

Sharing a project idea and looking for your feedbacks.
I'm thinking of getting/buying live soccer streaming copyright (i don't know actually where to start to get it legally) and let users subscribe through a slack/messenger/viber/watsapp/telegram... bot to get -live update- with a short video of 10-20 secondes whenever their favourite soccer team scores a goal, some player get yellow/red card, etc ...
Users will pay monthly subscriptions or competition-focused subscription (like you want updates from the UEFA Champions league only) or team/player-focused subscription...
The idea is in baby-stage actually, the content copyright is a big milestone i need to reach, any one tried/did it and know where i can dig for that ?

I am a soccer fan. The app that I use is Forza. I can follow a match in the app and whenever a goal is scored, it will show me a short clip. I don't know from where they get it. But if you already didn't know about Forza, install it and try monitoring the api calls it makes while a goal is scored. You might get some clues about their source.
I do not know in which country you are but the licenses for football/soccer are suuuuuuper expensive. Without vc money or backing by a big streaming/TV provider like sky I do not see a possibility to get the licenses unfortunately :(
