Feedback on Idea: Scholarship Management Portal

I'm working on ScholarshipView.io. ScholarshipView is an easy to use portal for scholarship managers to award, monitor, and report scholarships on behalf of their donors.
However, I’m still unsure about the idea & demand for ScholarshipView. So I built this landing page to help validate it.

Thanks! You brought up some really good questions. I wasn't able to find data on this since the scholarship market that I'm aiming for is pretty niche (in developing countries with small/mid-size operations), so macro US data for instance may not be relevant. Do you have advice on how to conduct market sizing for niche markets?
As for pain, I'm still looking into this. Small/mid-size operations typically stick with google sheets, but that may change as the number of recipients increase.
As for growth of the problem, I'm not sure about that, but I'll look into this.

In your case, I think the biggest challenge would be to find the 'scholarship managers'. I think two quick channels would be trying some Ads (may be with a budget of $100-$200 and build a small waitlist signups) and leveraging LinkedIn.
Once you have 30-40 people on wait list, talk to these people in 1-1 call and understand their challenges (Read The Mom Test to ask better questions). This will help you much better than building a full blown product.
Hi Upenv, thanks for the advice. I agree with your point on finding these scholarship managers. Also, what I have in mind are scholarship managers in developing countries with small/medium operations, which is another subset within the scholarship manager niche.
Thanks for the advice on using Ads and budgeting $100-$200. I was about to dismiss paid ads to start. Also thanks for providing a number for the minimum amount of people to be on my waitlist to start interviewing.
