Feedback on Landing Page for Personal Care Product Curator

https://www.hellobeaker.com/

Hey IH!

Would love any and all feedback on Beaker's landing page. The site helps consumers who (kinda) don't care about skincare to get over choice paralysis and discover the best face wash for them.

Link: https://www.hellobeaker.com/

My goal is to get consumers to click "get started," then have them convert to one of three things: 1) interact with the Beaker chat bot; 2) download the Beaker "retail therapist" shopping app; 3) give email. Any tricks to help bump conversion??

My MVP is the logic behind my non-code chatbot, which interacts with consumers to help them discover the best face wash for their shelf and skin. I'm finding it tricky to direct ppl to a chatbot, which is normally thought of as a feature, not a product.

(s/o to chatbot.com and glide apps for making MVP dev for a hacky non-coder soooo easy)

Thanks!!

Hi Lizzy! Left you some feedback on Pastel: https://usepastel.com/link/njqz2/#/

Happy to provide more context if it's helpful.

Is pastel your hustle? If yes, that's brilliant! I've been looking for something like this!

Thanks so much! I was going for a clean minimal vibe, but perhaps I cut too much and am bare bones. Really appreciate it! (Pastel is a v cool tool btw)

        Thanks Lizzy!

I didn't see the bot button.

That's an issue a few users have been having. Due to my limited customization with the chatbot builder, I think it comes down to clever copy and UX...still very much a work in progress!

Hey, Lizzy! Love this idea! But it took me too damn long to sleuth it out. (At least I think I sleuth'd it out.)

Beaker re/search, though clever, tells me nothing.

A totally new way to search for your next favorite personal care products,
powered by ⚡️ real, beautiful science, tells me the intended outcome, but not the problem and therefore why I should want the intended outcome.

start clean with a chemist-curated face wash, difficult to understand the value proposition (chemist-curated face wash is a mouthful) and again, why that's even of value. Call to action should be brief, concise and immediately digestable.

choose the best tech. Huh? What does tech have to do with face wash?
meet your new face wash. Why do I need a new face wash? And why are you qualified to pick it for me?
call your mom. Cute. But at this point, I'm not after cute. I'm after "what's in it for me".

The next paragraph, now below the fold, is the most helpful. It gives me a sense of the pain you're trying to solve. But...still no idea how you're trying to solve it.

On the other hand, I love the personality, the font choice and the minimalism. (Re the last, I'm likely in the minority on this one. Folks rather have a visuals then take the time to digest words.) And chemicool is beautiful wordplay!

This is all so insightful, thanks so much!!
