Feedback on landing pages / tour

https://salessentience.com/

My first single landing page I put up a week ago got flamed bad and I kinda agreed with it. I added more pages and explained what I'm working on. I'm still really up in the air on the color scheme though. When I look at it I just think of the easter bunny.

    Hi, @Azerax!

The problem here is not as much with the color scheme, but more with the structure and hierarchy.

No offence; I know you put a lot of effort into creating this page, but my first impression is that I am looking at raw wireframes instead of a mature product. The second equal problem is that it takes effort to scan your page and understand what it is all about. There are reasons for these 2 problem categories.

    Visual problems:

    • The lack of visuals. The only non-text components are 1 logo and 2 emojis. You could add at least icons for the 3 main bullet points. You need to add images or illustrations.
    • Text formatting. Most text layers look monochromatic and visually merge, which is why it is hard to read.
    • Your header and footer are filled with a bright color that draws more attention than the main content and CTAs.

    Messaging problems:

    • It's hard to get what this page is all about from the Main Headline, and only the Subtitle explains something, so I would try to fix this. Maybe describe in the Headline, and the subtitle the solution.
    • I know this pre-lunch, but now it is super hard to envision how your product is going to look. It would be perfect if you could add screens of the future dashboard, or at least some illustrations that display the process.
    • 4 CTA buttons and 3 CTA types, with no clear emphasis among them on which one is the primary one.

Overall advice: If you don’t have professional design skills, you risk to stuck in the dead loop of fixes till you get to solid result. So just find some solid SaaS or CRM template and refill it with your text and adjust colors a little bit + comments above.

@Azerax congrats on your launch, here's 3 quick feedback points for you:

    1. ✍️ Rewrite Your Hero for Clarity ( the main part of your site up the top )

    Your hero should answer:
    ✅ What is it?
    ✅ Who’s it for?
✅ What do I do next?

    1. 📉 Remove Form Fields ( there's loads in your form / signup )

Only ask for what you need.
Start with an email. That’s it.

More fields = more friction = less conversions.

    1. 🛠️ Add a “How It Works” Section to your page

Show them the process in 3 steps: ( example below )

    1. Sign up
    2. Connect tools
    3. Get results

    Visual walkthroughs reduce hesitation.
