I'm not a fan of 3D screenshots. When I look at an app, I want to see what it looks like, not how well you can rotate images and frame them into iPhone mockups ;).
Keep chronology/hierarchy - start with the dashboard and show a few important functions. The captions are great, but I'd keep one background color for consistency.
