Feedback on MVP and how to get customers

Hi indie hackers community. A friend of mine and I developed this Slack app for facilitating agile retrospectives: https://retrobox.signaldata.xyz/
It's just an MVP. Initially it was an app we internally used at my company, but then we thought why not let others use it too and make some money. So we published the app in Slack App Directory. I'd appreciate some feedback.
These days I'm direct-messaging people on social networks etc to see if they would like to use it. What's your way of finding customers? And what are your favourite books on finding customers and convincing them that they need your product? A good advice or recommendation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
