Feedback on my website

I'd switch the video out for illustrations if you can... The space you consume above the fold needs to tell me what problem you solve QUICK. Watching a video assumes I know what I "need". (try undraw.co ). If you stay with the video, swap out the yellows and bright colors for something easier to read. The "trend" currently is having a plain ol' white background (or the exact opposite, using negative font color on a solid color...). I would recommend starting over with a blank page, fill in the text, and then "enhance" the site from there.
Something is causing your text in the navigation to seem "blurred" also... It mayyy be my monitor, but the blue text is crisp...

One more thought would be to start with a simple page that displays your brand and a sentence explaining what your web site is used for... maybe show a couple "TOP POSTS", but then have your "call-to-action" button that sends viewers directly to a simple sign up page that lists everything the site is used for as an aside while they are filling out the details.

You want to make them feel like they need to sign up in order to be included. If that is too far, have a "limited" experience for if the viewer just wants to browse and skip creating an account (maybe don't allow comments or use of search bar unless they obtain a free account...)

It looks like it might be a SaaS for easily building animations but later it says "easily upload videos" so I'm not sure if it's animations or just an uploader. I sort of feel it needs a bit more quick text outlining the value proposition before jumping right into videos. In my case I'm on mobile next to my sleeping wife so video is a no go.

That being said, I'm on mobile and terrible with UI/UX. IMHO the current layout and color looks a bit retro but maybe that's what you're going for.

Not sure what type of feedback you are looking for like design, Navigation, content, etc.

But here is some which i thought worth mentioning.

1. Design is good but it could be better
2. Content is amazing I started watching a video and I kept watching it until the end. Don't know why :D
3. You can embed videos directly to the site. Not sure why it's redirecting to youtube.

Those are just some subjective thoughts but please ignore them if doesn't make any sense to you :D
