Feedback on new outsourcing agency

Hey everyone!

I've just launched a new landing page for my business, Outwork Staffing (check it out at outworkstaffing.com) and I'm looking for some feedback.

We are an outsourcing recruiting company designed to help US companies hire globally ethically and through symbiotic relationships.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the design, layout, messaging, and overall user experience. Is it easy to navigate? Does it make you wanna stick around and learn more? Or is it making your eyes glaze over?

I'm all ears and open to any and all suggestions, so don't be shy! I want this landing page to be the best it can be, and I know with your help it'll be all that and a bag of chips.
