Feedback on our landing page and positioning

Hey IH community- It's Bobby from FundStory here.

Would love to get feedback regarding our company website, product, and positioning. We recently launched on Producthunt and iterated on the copy and design since then.

Do you get the company idea ?
Do you understand what problem we want to fix ?
Do you understand the product ?

The idea is to get as much feedback as possible to be sure the message on the website is clear and understandable. Critics, comments, bug reports are more than welcome.

Hi Bobby - The site looks pretty good. I'm probably not your target, but I'm a bit confused about the term "non-dilutive capital" - it sounds like most people would just call this a business loan? If I understand it, you're trying to differentiate from venture debt (e.g. "dilutive capital" to borrow your terms).

If that's true, then yeah there are a lot of options for business loans, and you're providing a marketplace to find and compare offers, and something about managing post-financing? Is that part something about showing alternative repayment options?

Personally, there seems to be a lot going on on the site, and it's all "coming soon" - can you trim down the offerings to a core that is easy to understand?

Jeremy - This is great feedback, at its core our software connects you to capital and guides you through each stage of your funding story: pre, during, and post-funding.

Working on conveying this more succinctly in the copy!

      Thanks!

    Hey Bobby, @rogilbert215

You have a ton of pages but none of them get to the point right away.

Here are a few questions potential customers will have and they won't convert if you don't answer them.

    1. How will you connect me with lenders?

    2. How does it work? What's the catch?

    3. How does this compare to other ways to get this type of capital or even other types of capital?

    4. What's my next step?

    5. How can I apply? What does the process looks like?

If you don't answer these then it doesn't feel worth submitting an application or signing up as they feel you end up not getting them what they want.

Even if your customer experience is perfect and your process is 1000x better than traditional methods people will just assume it's NOT.... So we need to address it :)

    Does that make sense?

Are you using the website to get leads or are you using outreach or even your personal network to get leads?

It does make sense. Really impactful, thanks for the feedback!

We're using the site to acquire leads.
