I made a landing page for my future project and would be happy for your feedback.

I also plan to add a test training to the landing. Do you think it's worth doing it or is it better to make more blocks in the landing?
I wouldn't put it live. You need to get a designer. It doesn't look professional at all.

You might want to make the case as to why someone would be compelled to use your service or visit your website over just going to YouTube and searching for how to improve posture in five minutes or something like that. Doesn’t have to explicitly mention YouTube tho but that is the implication.

Hi! I think it's simple and communicates the benefits very well. Posture is something I have struggled with in the past so I am interested.
My biggest question is "how"? Is it a website, app, or a device? If you could give some description of the "how" part that would help.
