Hi Everyone!
My name is Matt and for the greater part of the last couple of years I learned how to code and I've been working on Seasons Journaling for iOS (App Store, IH Milestones).
My goal has to been to learn how to code, build something that is useful and personal, and to generate a modest MRR with potential for more. There is a lot more I'd love to do with the app, but I'm at a point where I feel proud (enough) to play my Product Hunt card and get it in front of a larger audience (even if they happen to be the industry/techie crowd). PH goal is mostly to gain feedback, but downloads and reviews/ratings would be a huge boon as well.
So... I've done some research and looked at various checklists. Per usual, a lot of noise out there. Without going into the nitty gritty tactical details, this is the high level focus and would love some thoughtful feedback.
In addition to getting my product positioning dialed in (still working on this) and getting my marketing materials ready, am I missing anything? Would love to hear your thoughts. Keep in mind, I'm going to be doing most of this solo, so I can't do everything!
If you want to stay in touch, I've been building in public and will be sharing my successes and failures on Twitter. Feel free to reach out!
