Feedback on the next step, before I build the next step

I've been thinking for a long time about the next step for the No Code List. I think I've decided what to do, but I wanted to run it by the community here to see if it resonates.
Right now, nocodelist.co shows lots of no-code tools and software, and it's filterable by category. Each tool has a short, opinionated description of what the tool does and why it might stand out from similar tools. I also highlight links to real-world examples. This is all to help people learn about and choose which no-code tools they should use.
Next, I want to make individual pages for each tool, but the pages will consist only of user-generated comments that are aimed to help others in the community vet potential software to use on their next project.
I'm thinking comments will be limited to 500 words or so, and with each comment, the poster selects a thumbs up, thumbs down, or neutral rating, and they select either "I've used this tool on a project" or "I've tried this tool" (to give comments some context and credibility).
I don't want to do accounts really, so I designed a system where posters verify their post through an email link before it goes live (but I won't display anyone's email).
I've attached a Figma mockup of what I'm picturing, but I haven't started building this yet.
Does this seem useful? Would you read these comments when vetting no-code software? Would you leave comments of your own??

Glad you are looking to add this feature next! I personally think the way Product Hunt does it is really impactful and it's more or less a similar idea (a list of products to discover).
PH has "Would you recommend this product" with a 1-5 rating and then commenters usually list out pros/cons which I find extremely useful.
I do like the "I've used this on a project" distinction since I think that's an important one.

I think the PH comments are really useful, too. Since my list has a lot in common with Product Hunt, I've been really thinking about what they do right on their site and what can be improved.

You're right, neutral might be too much... I was thinking sometimes you don't want to fully endorse something with a thumbs up, and you don't want to hate on it with a thumbs down. So I wanted something in between. There's not even an appropriate emoji for it, though. I was using 👌 in the mockups. ("Just OK")
