Feedback on the recently launched customer feedback tool

Hello 👋 fellow makers,

Some friends and I recently launched Centrit, a customer feedback software that helps product and research teams quickly gather, analyze and share user feedback. We would absolutely love to hear some feedback from the community. You can try it out, we are currently on a free version: https://www.centrit.io/

I have provided some actual screenshots from the app if you don't find the time right now to try it out. Feedback would be very appreciated! Thanks!

    Looks really cool. Nicely done!

Love how you added special scenarios by asking for feedback in custom moments. Consider closing the first 20 customers via 1-1 chats to find your ideal customers faster. Can help you get it to 12K ARR in 3 months by nailing user acquisition and marketing, let's connect on Twitter :)

Yeah, that would be the next step. Right now only the user can initiate feedback, but asking in custom moments is definitely on our short term roadmap

I think the feedback tool looks really good. Congrats on the launch.

The suggestion I have is to create a widget loader script and move the code which can be seen in the snippet in the first image (Easy setup in minutes) into the widget loader script. You can pass the projectId using a custom data attribute and access the DOM through the document.currentScript property.

I think there are 2 advantages to this:

    1. You can change the widget loading logic without asking your users to replace their snippets in the future.
    2. The widget becomes shorter & cleaner.

Thanks for the suggestions! We will definitely keep that in mind

How does the slack integration look like? Might be interesting for my community

It basically forwards the received feedback to a slack channel. This way people who do not have access to the dashboard, can still see user feedback.
