Feedback Please. 🙏

Launched a new company that handles hosting and analytics for small businesses and white-labeling for boutique agencies.

Have been doing this with my agency clients already (https://orangecattle.com) and has been a really sticky product that customers have loved and I decided to launch it as it’s own service.

I would love any feedback good and bad. Truly appreciate your help!

    First impression:
    – Pricing on the landing page: it looks like the 30 day trial costs 49$ :D
    – When scrolling the landing page it's a bit laggy, maybe reduce the amount of animations tied to scrolling?
    – Charts did take very long to load on the dashboard, first thought they'd be empty
    – Not sure what the advantage is over other analytics software after a couple of minutes experimenting with it
    – The "demo" section seems out of place for analytics, looks like a tool for developers to check responsiveness of a website?

Congratulations on the launch!!...here is my feedback:

    • Add icons of analytics supported straight out of the box - i.e. site analytics, youtube, google ads, facebook etc...to make it more visual (like the reports section in your demo site).
    • Mention if your $49 pricing is per month. I am guessing per month, but good to make it clear.
    • A clear step by step how it works section for adding analytics. You have listed some of it in FAQ section, but would be good to put it as a visual (basically communicate the ease of adding analytics).
    • Product demo definitely, as many people already suggested.
    • Minor nitpick: add photos of customers (if possible), to get a stronger social proof

Thank you so much for your feedback. Everyone on Indie Hackers has been so helpful, thus far.

      • Yes, I agree. I’m going to add the icons, right below the hero section and definitely adding a product demo (not sure what I was thinking not adding that, in the first place 😧).

      • Will add “/per month” text and be more clear with adding analytics in the FAQ portion. Great points!

      • I don’t think that last point is nitpicking. That’s a really good catch and will add their thumbnail photo.

Thanks again. This was so helpful.

Looks the same as Google Analytics? What are the key differences?

    Two negatives:

    • the loading of the data seems very slow
    • add labels to the three icons at the top. I couldn't tell where they would lead me.

    Two positives:

    • clear value proposition, with very few words and one thumbnail, it's clear what you're selling
    • The dashboard looks good

How are you different from simpleanalytics and fathomanalytics?

Thanks so much for the feedback.

      • Yes. I agree with the speed. It’s just spinning up the data on refresh now.

      • Great point. I was trying to keep the design super clean, but, you’re right, I need to add text or “way” more obvious icons.

Simple Analytics and Fathom are amazing and would be complimentary to what we do. I’d probably be better off using them over GA, with my dashboard.

This dashboard is more of an all-In-one dashboard for small businesses and boutique agencies (smaller Domo). We add additional analytics for our customers ( eCommerce, Social, Google My Business, Google Sheets, Excel, etc, into one place for them). We set everything up, add scripts for them, and even handle hosting.

We basically do all of that stuff, so they don’t have to.

We also white label the dashboards for customers, so their customers don’t even know we exist.

Again, thank you so much for the feedback and I think your comments were spot on.

Oh I see... For some reason I thought it was an analytics product even though it literally says dashboard in the name. My bad.

        Keep up the good work!

Your landing page looks pretty good, however it's missing one of the most important things: examples. Dashboard products are very visual and visitors will want to immediately see what they look like. In this case a picture is worth more than a thousand words.

A demo dashboard would be great as well (without having to log in) most people will not go through the effort to log in manually. Maybe you can create a special public dashboard to show off?

That is a really good point and 100% agree with you. Ill start making the public demo.

Thank you so much for the feedback.
