I think you need to work on the viewer/user's motivation more, it's simple but potentially too simple. And it's not that sticky at the moment.
I don't know the answer, but I'm not sure I would revisit it every day.
The rewards are nice, but it feels like a different experience.
Unfortunately most folk will be answering "NO". I think a no option would be good, and then you could provide a suggestion list of positive things people can do.
