Sounds like that guy that did 12 Startups, you could look to him for inspiration. I'd itemize some things like:
If you start a Telegram group, you could responsibly put the link in threads you see fit. I'm sure others would like to join. I would join, but it looks like your site doesn't have https enabled.
Another idea could be to start a group here on IH while you work on the site. I'm hoping to get my ideas out the door more often too!

I'm not sure I get the concept from the given text. If the user signs up, do they sent a progress report on the 15th of Jan? Or is there more communication involved?
