Feedback request for new landing page/beta app

I've been working on this for the last 6 months, and after much prodding from friends I am releasing it to the wild.

The basic idea is that:

[1] Therapy/recovery works.

[2] Therapy/recovery is expensive so people don't do it (or do it on and off which is bad).

[3] The stuff you do in therapy/recovery can be done by yourself by writing on a computer (research says it still works).

[4] If you can make a free interactive therapy app that combines journaling, therapy/recovery content prompts, and a social group therapy aspect, all of which "work," maybe it will stick and make a difference.

[5] Everything else out there didn't do it for me in some way or is too expensive.

The app is linked from there. It is a Progressive Web App so you can add it to your home screen. Would love any feedback or ideas for spreading it. I am not a professional web dev, and have weird tastes, so technical and design feedback would be appreciated. I learned/used React and Node to make it.
