[Feedback request] Plugin for CRMs to gather better information

I've built this mockup of an idea I've had for a plugin for Outlook, I know it is not novel in the sense of sending data to your CRM.

But... the point of it is to gather better information from the email to send to your CRM. At the moment it is a standalone setup but you will see that I can use Machine Language to gather the name, email, phone, job title from the signature so that it goes straight into the CRM.
