Feedback thread for new products
When I create a new product and put it on the website, there should be a place where users can send feedback, issue, feature requests.
One way to do it is to have a chat bubble on the site, another one is Github issues which require users to go to Github and create a Github account in order to create a ticket.
The downside with Chat is other users / customers will see or interact with the issue.
I created simple feedback that can embed on a site and customers can create & vote on the issues / features.
Just wondering if anyone wants this feedback on their site or not? And if not, what is missing?
