Folks,
I am planning to make a tool specially crafted with pre defined template for managers, who needs to get anonymous feedback from their repartees. Its very hard to give feedback face to face as people are scared it might backfire.
Features:
a. Create custom questions
b. See what feedback the repartees have given
c. automatically send the feedback link again after n months to see if the manager has taken inputs and worked on it
d. analytics on the reports based on feedback.
Future Scope:
Peer Feedback
I am planning to build a landing page before making the product itself. can someone guide me if this is the right approach. I am a full stack developer and I love building products.
Hey there there are lot of feedback things exists but your c looks cool to me but according to me market is really saturated for this things let me know definitely you do more research then me happy to here from you
Are you looking at collecting numerical or text feedback?
I'm planning to do both. You have a suggestion? Please let me know if you have some more inputs
Text based feedback can be tricky. First, some people have distinctive writing styles. It may be obvious who wrote a feedback. Second, people can use anonymous feedback to vent their frustrations as oppose to provide constructive criticism. The more freedom they have the more likely that will be. This is from personal experience.
It would be interesting to see a very structured system. For example HR or the manager might list weaknesses, then the repartees indicate which weakness they think is a problem. Make every part a numerical or multiple choice question. There may be clever algorithm that generates the choices. Although I'm not sure what exists on the market.
That's an interesting problem to tackle.i will definitely take into consideration.
