Nice idea!
What is your customer profile? Did you think about making it even more niche, i.e. focusing first on one type of an artist and then after conquering this type to expand to the next one? May help find your product/market fit sooner
It all started since my business partner has a sort of booking agency already, handling djs and bands that play at some Miami hotels, bars & restaurants.
The idea struck because they couldn't scale up without being covered by paperwork or administrative tasks such as meetings, handling checks, technical issues that couldn't be solved by the artists and so on.
We built it around venues (those restaurants, bars, clubs & top hotels who need professional talent) although I believe there's also a private market (e.g. A guy is turning 40 and he's throwing a party at his place... where to find a jazz band? are they any good? how do they sound? budget? -> Live Tribe Club).
We are currently trying to recruit over 40 artists in south Florida and develop it by word of mouth... another option is to leverage on some "influencers" in the music industry who we already know (not Madonna, but interesting people with +30K followers at least)
A sort of middleman, for artist/events.
Great idea.
I do suggest to add space for reviews, comments, or ratings provided by the clients about the artists.

There is space for that, although we don't have any yet. The whole idea is built on trust. Maybe I should create 2 or 3 fake transactions to show how they look.
I think you're doing too much at once. This may be good to get a 'feel' of the type of music talent most receptive to your offer (producers, singers, etc.) but then I'd specialize if I were you.
Hey, thanks! It's exclusively for artists (not famous of course) who play live gigs (whenever we can after Covid-19). We already had a booking agency before so that's what inspired us to create a platform and scale things.
