feedback wanted on my Startup Jobs job board

I understand the space for startup job boards is pretty crowded what with workatastartup.com, wellfound.com, startup.jobs, etc etc etc

I see my differentiation as:

1. having all top-tier VC-backed and/or angel-backed companies and their open roles in one place, i.e. not just YC, not just the startups that are paying the job board, but one place to see everything! (or as much as is publicly available online)
2. sophisticated search that lets candidates search the way they want, e.g. an artificial intelligence startup that is seed stage and backed by a top-tier VC with an open product role... I could certainly go farther down the rabbit hole hear and include searchable attributes about the founders, customers, etc as well!

Is this compelling enough to create a real community that I could potentially monetize?
