FeedHive crossed $65K revenue 💸

Our 9-month-old SaaS, FeedHive, just crossed $65K in total revenue!

FeedHive is an AI-Driven Social Media Marketing tool.

We entered a very well-established market with this product, so no doubt, I am pumped that we managed to grow this to +$65K in revenue.

We're currently at $8,500 MRR and growing with around 20% per month.

We have more than 3,000 users and around 600 amazing users on a paid plan!

It's looking good 🚀
If we can keep up the rate, we'll pass $50K MRR when entering 2023.

Let's see.

We are working hard on adding new features and using cutting-edge technology to help our users get superpowers on social media!

Have a lovely weekend, awesome indie hackers 🧡

Congrats. Looks great and I will have to check it out.

How did you market feed hive? What was the most successful methods for user acquisition.

      Thanks a lot, Ryan 🙌

      It's a great question!

      We're using 3 different channels:

      • Social Media
      • SEO / Content
      • Paid ads

By far, the most efficient channel has been social media.
I'm very active on both Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram with my personal brand, and so far, the product is mostly founder-led in that sense.

It's something we're actively trying to change though.
We would like SEO / Content and paid ads to become the main channels in the long run, since they are easier to transfer (to a potential acquirer in the future), and easier to reason about (predict ROI, CAC, etc).

Considering so much competition in the market for social media management tools, what gives you the motivation anyways to build it and how did you achieve this number in revenue in such a short span of time?
some tips would be really helpful.

Congratulations, and it's very inspiring. Looking forward to learn and build many things from you savvy guys...

What CMS are you using to maintain admin resources?

    1. 2

Our entire app is built on AWS.
We're heavy users of Slack, and using SlackOps (which means we operate a good deal of our infrastructure directly from Slack).
