I'm Amos and I'm building MentionFunnel, which is a social listening tool that will help you easily find leads on Reddit, Twitter and Hacker News ๐
I'm building it because I needed something like it myself and all the other tools were either too expensive or didn't have the features I wanted. I think finding your first customers is also something we all struggle with, so wanted to help with that. Also, building in public seemed like a lot of fun, so I wanted to try that out as well.
Currently have 1 paying customer after launching at the beginning of December and nearly 100 users (hopefully hit that before next year? Let's see ๐).

This one is good, did you find customers ? I would think IT consultant agency would need this, because they donโt need to wait for the backend to be ready. They can just start and some other stage just change one variable value and it would work.
exactly! this was a problem that we encounter in our team in the company, to create independent front-end teams that can work and progress without a need of the backend.

I find this is interesting. I talked with a lot of people that were using wix instead of wordpress and they all have the same problem and its hard to fix it there. If you can tap into that niche it would be a quick win.

MonitUp is like a car, the driver can use the car to do something good or use it to do something bad. They will not be interested in what an employee is doing minute by minute. Surfing the web for distraction is quite natural, even beneficial for productivity.
MonitUp actually collects a lot of data, for example;
-Determining if there is a problem with the system or end users.
-Measuring the level of employee use of the company's technological investments. Stop unused software investments.
We want to process the data in the future instead of showing it directly, so that we can prevent managers who want to check it minute by minute, and I think we will build a system that employees will also benefit from.
If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
India is indeed a large market with many startups and young entrepreneurs. It is definitely worth considering as a potential market for MonitUp.

Hey Faruk, i tried to work on something like this before two years. Its hard to find customers because in europe for example such workers monitoring tools are illegal. I donโt know in which stage you are but i would try to find the niches or the countries where this is legal and concentrate aggressively on them.

Actually, I started 2 years ago and I continue stubbornly. Our revenues are low, but despite this, we made sales in 11 different countries.
We encounter many obstacles and opposing thoughts. People rightfully don't like tracking, I agree with them.
We try not to focus on measuring and increasing productivity. Employee monitoring is really unattractive.
There are many big companies doing this job, I think this is a legal method.
Did you complate MVP? Or did you give up after the idea?
I was trying to validate the idea and got a lot of backlash in Germany (i started in Berlin)
I think Germany is the most strict country in this regard :( Maybe we never sell in Germany, I'm not sure, but there are many other countries.
I jumped headfirst into the project without doing any validation or research. That's why I couldn't come back :) Being a technical guy is hard work.

So there are a lots of form builders - free ones like google forms, and premium ones like typeform and formstack and jotforms. The reason Keenforms is more powerful is because it has a no code rules engine. A rules engine gives you control over complex logic and order of operations.
We also have some unique features, one of them called metadata, which allows you to create additional information about your selectable inputs (select/dropdown/radio buttons/checkboxes). Imagine wanting to have different prices for different currencies, and you want to show those prices based on where the user is purchasing the product. It would be nearly impossible to do this with any consumer grade form builder. Keenforms makes it possible.
We recently helped a butcher block countertop manufacturer build a form that allows users to get quotes for custom made butcher block countertops. Multiple variables go into the price, including dimension, wood species, finish etc. It would be impossible to do this with a regular form builder. Well, we do have webhooks, there is an API to access submission data, you can put the form into an iframe. I guess each use case would be different depending on what you are trying to accomplish. I'd need more information.
I worked on wix and stripe a lot, and they both have apps marketplaces. I really think that you will gain more visibility if you post keenforms there a microsaas solution. More like a plug and play tool, so as a user i can get keenforms directly from wix and start building forms directly into my website.

As an app developer myself, I spent a while trying to figure out how to go beyond local GPUs and notebooks and setup our own infra using Kubernetes. In summary, we wanted to make it really simple for anyone to build applications on top of Stable Diffusion without worrying about all the MLOps overhead.

Hey aracool, this is of course my own opinion and you could of course ignore it. But i really think that the price is an engineering part of the business, what is the right price grid you need to put ? How you calculate which plan needs to go higher and which not etc ..
