Feeling a bit stuck with growth

Hi all,

I built this chrome extension that lets people personalize a resume and send an intro email to the recruiter (even if they don't appear on the page) for any job. People seem to love the product overall.

I grew this (kinda) organically for the past few months to $3k mrr. Traffic mostly come from reddit (I push it) and then organically.

But I'm a bit stuck now. I tried things that scale (meta ads) but was a huge failure.

I'm thinking to this to a bit of a different direction and starting a job board with my features integrated in it. Any thoughts? How do I 100x this?
