Hi! Finding the whole team member by member may be very hard. Also, it's tricky to manage because timezone/vision differences, from my experience. If you could consider hiring the team all at once, I may help. I know a company that has deep hands-on expertise in fintech and has great management, so quality of delivery and business processes is outstanding.
