Finally decided to release a beta version of my app

I've spent quite a while developing Bidbar (getbidbar.com) using Electron, but recently started rewriting the app in Swift due to Electron's many issues (most notably the huge size of the app). To fight the feeling that I wasted a lot of time writing the Electron app, I knew I could release it as a beta version, but I was still nervous about presenting a less-than-perfect product.

Finally, after reading lots of advice here and elsewhere, I've pushed that aside and decided to release it, knowing that the benefits (valuable feedback, generating interest, etc.) much outweigh any negatives.
