Finally figured out how to track my Philippine National ID

Been working remotely from Manila for the past year, and getting my PhilID was a headache. Applied months ago, heard nothing, had no idea where it was in the system.
Turns out there's actually a way to check your application status and access the digital version once it's ready. Found this site that breaks down the whole process: https://national-id-gov.ph/
What helped me most:

Clear explanation of the tracking system (PSN number, reference codes)
How to download the digital ID through the eGovPH app
What to do if your card is delayed or lost

Not affiliated with them, just sharing because I wasted weeks not knowing I could check online. The digital ID is apparently accepted now for most verification needs, which is useful for banking and similar stuff.
If you're in PH and stuck waiting like I was, worth checking out. Saved me multiple trips to the PSA office.
