After months of late-night coding sessions and "just one more bug" fixes, I finally hit the release button on Care Confirm. It’s been a long road, but seeing the first version live feels incredible.
We’ve all seen it: a salon owner staring at an empty chair or a therapist waiting for a client who simply forgot. For small businesses, a "no-show" isn't just annoying; it’s lost revenue that never comes back. I realized that most existing tools were either too bloated, too expensive, or lacked the one thing that actually works: skin in the game.
Care Confirm is a mobile-first system designed to protect a professional's time.
Automated Reminders: Because people are busy, a text can save a day.
Deposit Collection: The ultimate deterrent for ghosting.
Easy Rescheduling: Making it easier to move an appointment than to skip it
Building this was a massive learning curve. I spent a lot of time perfecting the deposit payment flow and the notification sync to ensure it was seamless for both the provider and the client. My goal was to create something that feels like a premium assistant but fits in the pocket of a solo practitioner.
Current Status: We are officially in First Release.
The Tech Stack:
Frontend: NextJS & ReactNative
Backend: AWS
Payments: Stripe
I’d love your feedback: As fellow makers, I’d value your thoughts on the onboarding flow or the landing page. What’s one feature you think is missing for service providers in 2026?

Congrats on the launch 👏
The no-show problem is real, especially for small service providers.
Curious to see how Care Confirm tackles this
Congrats on the launch — getting to first release is huge 👏
Quick question: how are you deciding what to build next right now? Is it mostly user feedback, intuition, or something else?
