Finally learned my lesson about LinkedIn cold-outreach

This is a simple one now that I want to share it, but maybe I was too dumb or something but for many months it wasn't clear.

I've started reaching out to people I'm interested to connect to on LinkedIn, but they used to ignore me the way I was ignoring recruiters!

Today I started adding exactly this to my connection requests:

Hi ...,
As you're active in the no-code domain and I'm the founder of MYSTARTUP, a platform for building applications and automation with no-code, I thought we share interests and would be good to be part of each other's network.

So far the success rate has been outstanding.

You can analyse this and draw your own conclusion, and hopefully apply it into your cold-outreaches, but my conclusion is that simple message with a clear reason why this relationship can be helpful to both of us is the key.

Now, I have to apply the same method to the next step which I'll hopefully share in a few weeks.
