Find a virtual assistant to delegate your phone calls

We all constantly have to troubleshoot problems and find solutions to our needs. Have you ever tried to call customer service of some company regarding any of your personal questions and spent no more than five minutes on it? I doubt.

Many customer services widely use that smart lady who does not exist, but asks you questions and tells you what digits to dial. You have to spend about half an hour going through the nine circles of hell to be connected with a representative. You will be happy if they can consult you on the issue you have. You will be lucky if your question is closed at once. You may need to call again in a few days to ensure that the problem has been resolved.

I really do not like making those phone calls, and I found a Freelancer on Insolvo who was happy to earn some money while I was happy to save my time. They've been making phone calls for me since then.

A Task would look like the following: "To make one phone call to (a company name and phone number) at (working hours) and to discuss the following: (describe the results you want a Freelancer to achieve)."

Yes, we may do this ourselves. But just because we can, doesn't mean we should.
