I launched Side Project Ads (https://sideprojectads.com/) beginning of July and I have spent the last three weeks building the website and making a list of affiliate programs.
The goal with Side Project Ads is to help Indiehackers like you and me making money of our projects by connecting us to potential advertisers and sponsors.
Next step for Side Project Ads is to make that connection and you can therefore submit your website, newsletter, podcast etc. here (https://sideprojectads.com/submit-project) and I will let you know when I’m launching next step of Side Project Ads!
Also, let me know if you have any feedback so we can make it easier for Indiehackers to make money.

Hi Casper! That's a pretty neat offer you have there. I was thinking on how I could monetize my blog posts and tried putting some referral links to products I use and was thinking of BuyMeACoffee. But then, my main issue is that I don't have nearly enough visitors to get anything useful out of it.
Which made me wonder: This means I'm not actually your target audience ('indiehackers like you and me'). I think you might need to dig a little deeper in who your target audience should be, and make sure people understand if your service is something for them. Even though having a new user sign up might seem for free (the famous acquisition cost), you'll lose focus with under performing users and will probably spend time on support which won't generate you any money.
Since your earnings will come from those commissions, you benefit from people having a successful website and appropriate adds. To kickstart, I think you're best of targeting customers who already have a successful blog, but don't monetize it yet (here's a risk though: why aren't they?). I might be mistaken, but it seems you skipped some idea validation steps before you started engineering your solution :-)
If you think there's truth in what I said, then maybe you'd be interested in trying out validator.phalox.be as an alpha tester?
Good luck!
I think this is an awesome idea. Would love to use it for my app if there is a sponsor related to my field(cryptotrading).
Super, sounds good! The goal is definitely also to find sponsors within cryptotrading over time.
Looks interesting! I'm in the process of setting up an affiliate program for one of my sites, I'll be sure to check out SPA when it's ready!
Thank you and please do!
