Finding a good business partner

Hi Everyone! I'm struggling to get my business going. I've got (semi-finished) SaaS product. I know there is a demand for it - it's based on a bespoke application I wrote for one company, there is pretty much no competition on the market and according to them every company in the industry needs it. They really like the product, it massively improved their productivity and generally my relations with them are very good. I got some referrals from them, they were very promising but went nowhere (they loved the product but internal politics). I used to have a business partner who is good at selling software and knows a lot about business, but he turned out to be extremely difficult to work with so we parted ways.
The target industry is construction related so potential customers are not very technical and advertising online makes no sense, it will most likely involve chasing people directly. In most cases they don't even realise they need my product (but they do).
My problems are:

• I've got very little business skills - I need someone who could support me on that front
• I can't sell - I'm a nerd and foreigner in the UK with noticeable accent
  I feel like I'm really close to getting it going, but I can't do it on my own. Has anyone been in a similar position? How have you dealt with it?
