Finding a Marketing Expert for Our Startup?

So my co-founder and I are looking to bring on a marketing expert onto the team at https://www.fixmybikeathome.com/. Is there a good website for a two person startups to connect with other experts in various fields?
We've dealt with SEO/Marketing Companies, but they break the bank and have been difficult to deal with. We don't have anything but shares to offer so far, so the normal channels like Indeed/LinkedIn don't seem appropriate for this sort of thing.
Instead, we're trying to find someone with OR without marketing experience (but that's the field they are pursuing) and that believes in the future of the company to come on board.
Is there a website for connecting with people in such a way? Is THIS that website?
