Finding leads
What are the best way to find potential leads? Currently, I've got uplead but I keep seeing people talking about cold emailing 1000 or so people so I assume they must have a more cost-effective solution than a site like Uplead. What are the best tips for finding leads.

It's b2b, there are two personas online shop operators and e-commerce developers.
Content/SEO
Hang where they hang
Present stuff, workshops, etc
Social media, Twitter specifically.
Build relationships. Build trust.
I'm sorry but how is this going to help me with cold email leads? Everything there would generate warm leads not cold.

I want to do cold emailing experiments. So I want to find emails for people who are decision-makers who are not already in one of my other channels.
So I want to see if cold emails work better for me than Twitter, Social Media ads, SEO & Content, etc. Once I find the channel that works best I would then focus on that channel.
