Finding the right description for my site/project

I have been having a hard time finding the right description / slogan for my site, so I end up republishing thinking the description doesn't quite fit all the important characteristics of the site while sounding nice at the same time.

Maybe someone will have any thoughts on what the important aspects to highlight would be, and at the same time if some else is having this problem can share in their thoughts as well.

My site is called spotter and intends to solve 2 main problems:

1 - Find out what's going on around one's location, to be able to choose a place to go based on different statistics, like how crowded a spot might be and the waiting time there, or the age range and thought/racial tolerance, as well as the man/woman ratio. Also you can add pictures.
This information comes from anonymous voting and pictures that then get's aggregated into time-ranges like 15 min ago, half hour ago and so on.

2 - Spots can publish time-limited offers if they verify themselves, so when you open the site/app you see all spots nearby and their offers, as well as the ratings and pictures.

I don't know if I should focus on the offers nearby or the connection between users and spots that fit their needs in crowded, waiting time and so on and the fact that all this information is anonymous (YOU DONT NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SHARE)... Or maybe both?
