Hi,
my name is Wiktor. It took more than 1 year, but I'm finally done building the minimum viable product for Plumm. I worked mostly nights and weekends. I coded the whole thing in Python and JS. This is my side project, but it is fully functional and stable product, which you can use right now.
Product:
Plumm is a single place where you can chat with your team members and support your customers. It can integrate your email inboxes (for now only GSuite) and provide livechat for your website. In the future I am planning to add more integrations, so it will become single place for all communication channels, for example it should integrate with facebook groups or twitter.
Motivation:
I've built Plumm, because I wanted to chat with customers and my team members in one place (one tool). Using separately livechat, email accounts and Slack was not perfect for my communication needs, because I needed to switch all these tools constantly.
I'm excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!
But, also I would very like to get feedback from you indie hackers. What do you think?
Cheers,
Wiktor

We had the same problem in my company. Not only we had multiple tools to manage the customers, but we also had a few more for internal communication.
We had a few members talking to customers using their personal accounts, is just a hell to manage that many channels and on top of that, channels that are not owned by the company.
If you can integrate several sources like Email, Skype, Telegram, Slack, Whatsapp and so on in one tool, that would be great not only for managing the channels but also to keep a proper history.
Great tool! Congratulations!
Actually I am not planning to integrate Slack, because my tool is going to be replacement for Slack. Thanks for feedback!
Some Support tools do use Slack as integration, that's why I mention it. And import data is an excellent way to migrate from a platform. Anyway, congratulations on the product!
I needed that when I was working in my previous company, but I'd suggest you to focus more in to talk to customers than with your team, because there are loads of companies doing this part already.
Sure, I want to talk to customers. Thanks for feedback!
Insanely feature rich product for an mvp it seems. However, as I'm not a company I have no use and time to test it even for free.
Kudos for keeping up the effort for so long! 👍
Thank you!
