finished product development, now, how get 1st users?

I'm finishing the first version of a SaaS for social ads managing, this tool was created to solve an internal need, and want to market it, what are the suggestions to get first customers without break the bank.
We don't plan to offer a free version

    If you know your market / prospects try and contact them using LinkedIn. Start the conversation and DONT sell your product right away. Look for useable information / problemen they are facing. Try and match that with your product.

    Start blogging and generate organic traffic. Create a CTA at The end of The blog.

    Promote your product using producthunt.com
