Six weeks in I had 40 new followers and zero inbound leads. That's what $1,200/month got me.
The ghostwriter was decent. Consistent, knew LinkedIn formatting. But they didn't know my product and every post felt like it could have been for any SaaS company. I kept rewriting their drafts before publishing which meant I was paying $1,200 a month to create more work for myself. Cancelled after six weeks.
Tried going back to manual posting. Lasted two weeks.
Eventually just pasted my URL into LiFast, it pulled my audience, scheduled a month of posts, generated a couple of lead magnets I'd been putting off making. Maybe 20 minutes of setup.
Three weeks later I had three inbound calls. Two converted. I still don't fully understand why it worked better but it did.
Still running it now. Spend maybe one hour a month on LinkedIn total.
Great project! How did you handle
user authentication at scale?
They sell "consistency" and engagement metrics, but they can't replicate product-market nuance. If you have to rewrite the drafts anyway, you're paying $1,200 a month to become a junior editor for your own brand.
Going automated with tools that pull directly from your URL/product data usually converts better because it focuses on cold features and actual user pain points, rather than writing generic, hollow "thought leadership" fluff. Out of curiosity, did the lead magnets LiFast generated require a lot of tweaking from your end, or were they ready to go out of the box?
Just generate and ready to go
