Fired my "fake guru" co-founders to bootstrap an AI Astrology SaaS solo.

I’m a solo tech founder from Vietnam, and I just barely escaped what I call the "Startup Matrix."

For the past few months, I was trapped in a very traditional, toxic mindset. I built a complex AI platform that fuses 4,000-year-old Eastern mysticism (BaZi, I-Ching) with modern psychology. But instead of launching it globally, I listened to local "mentors" and "gurus."

They promised me the moon. They told me I needed their "connections" and their "prestige" to survive. So, I gave away 20% of my company’s equity to these older, influential businessmen.

What did they do with it? Nothing.
They wanted to use my tech as a shiny prop for their offline events and networking dinners. They had zero execution skills in the digital world. They were playing the "Startup Theater" game—chasing applause instead of actual users and MRR.

I realized I was burning out not because of the code, but because I was forcing a global, scalable SaaS into a tiny, outdated, local mindset. I was trying to sell a Ferrari to people who only wanted a horse-drawn carriage.

So, yesterday, I pulled the plug.

I used a legal loophole to dissolve that entity, took back 100% of my source code and domain, and officially cut ties with the "fake gurus."

Ironically, the very thing my app was built to solve—breaking free from toxic, recurring karmic loops—was exactly what I had to do in my own business life.

Now, I’m launching LuhoSoul directly to the US and global market.

What is LuhoSoul?
It’s not a generic daily horoscope app (like Co-Star). It’s a Decision Intelligence & Mental Wellness platform.

I'm sitting in a small, quiet coastal town right now, running a zero-CAC automated marketing engine, and for the first time in months, I feel completely free.
