I have a long way to go but wanted to share tiny success along the way.
Recently, I created a web app (named fragger) for bringing exposure to video game highlights made by your everyday gamers. Launched the Beta version a few weeks ago and got my first 15 sign-ups.

My long term plan for this is to be a launchpad for casual gamers who wants to get into streaming and/or making gaming videos.
Clever concept. I have friends who will post highlights to youtube that get like 10 views. This seems like it might be an easier way to get attention to their clips.
Yeah, send em to fragger.gg :), I am also planning on doing Bi-monthly newsletter in order to bring more exposure to the trending plays. Sent the first one out last Sunday.

why do you need facebook login? why can't I just paste a link :)
Hi :), there's no facebook login. I am using google/youtube to authenticate users who wants to post a link. That helps me keep the spam posts to a minimum.

I'm on a bit slow internet so the videos showed blank for a while, it would be good to add some lazy loading animation I think.
Absolutely, also I am using embedded videos for the beta which doesnt help with the load time. Will be moving away from embedded videos soon.
Thanks! and yes, was debating putting right after the hero area, but in the end, wanted a less intrusive way to present the signup CTA to users after they had a chance to view the clips on the homepage. Open to changing it.
