First 5 days after release stats - where to go from here?

https://wreeto.com

After releasing https://wreeto.com, I got some first statistics from Google Analytics.

So far,

~ 50 users have signed up
~ 1,800 page views
~ 1,105 new users visited the page
~ 87% bounce rate

I got some really nice feedback and some bad too. If I take out fake/disposable accounts, must be ~40 signups. I guess that the stats are really nice at that point. My goal is to make at least 1-2 people to really like the product to the point that they could pay for it.

So my question is, where do I go from here? Is it offensive to try and contact each user individually and ask for personal feedback by using the emails they signed up at the website?

Also, which could be some valuable questions to ask except from what they like/do not like about the product?

    my feedback:
1.check your page works on mobile, I got a blank page and had to scroll right.
2.switch to social logins it's worth the effort and relieve you from having to do password management or be liable for that. Also you get auto email verification with social login. Bots are a real issue, I had like 700 signups in a few days before changing my register process, 90% were fake.
    3. remove the beta, generic advice they give at yc and it makes sense.
    4. send a welcome email after register with links to get started. Then after a few days resend one email like how are you finding our product here are more info etc.. note change the wording to fit your business.

The landing page works 100% on mobile, the backend needs a bit of work yet and I am very close to deploy changes in the following 1-2 days. Also the links at the bottom are actual public shared notes - I wanted to showcase a feature as fast and easy as possible.

Social logins are great but are much work for now. I am focusing on mobile responsiveness 100%.

Bet sucks but I didn't think to remove it. Will do asap.

About your last suggestion, do you believe I should send something like a walkthrough to them how to perform some tasks? For example I saw that nobody created a subcategory and I guess it's hard for the users to find.

      Thanks !

Really impressive start so early on! So congrats!

I would reach out to some users who aren't interacting as much and get their feedback!

That's a really great start well done!

But the hard work really starts now :) or the fun bit if you prefer that. You should check in and contact the users and see how they are finding it. Getting feedback is important but can be tricky, http://momtestbook.com/ by Robert Fitpatrick ( @robfitz ) is a really great read on asking the right questions.

I'd also look at adding some metrics into the app so you can see which users are adding notes or not and what they are doing with it. That could help frame the questions you ask.

Give them a few days of using it and then reach out to any users with no notes or a few and see how they find the process.

That could give you a start point of how people are finding the product.
