First MVP, what can we do better?
We built a way to manually trigger GitHub Actions, since there's no way to currently do that from a UI.

I like the idea. Although I don't use Github Actions (yet) I can see being able to trigger manually will be useful. Almost all CI/CD services have some way to manually trigger builds.
