First outside user shipped v2 three minutes after one review note

finally got the first outside PreApp loop all the way through this week.

the user published a synthetic weekly quality report from their agent. one reviewer selected the line about empty unit_price values being normalized to null and wrote that this would hide an upstream contract error.

that note came back to the agent with the selected text and the source version. the agent changed the report to validate + quarantine at ingest, added E_EMPTY_UNIT_PRICE, then published v2 on the same link. around three minutes from note to v2.

the slightly annoying part: our onboarding analytics said the install and publish copy steps were “not reached”, even though the user had created an agent token and shipped the report. turns out the agent path worked, but our front-end events didn't describe it.

i'm looking for three more people who already have a non-sensitive HTML or Markdown report/deck made with Claude Code or Codex. reply with your agent + format and i'll stay with the first publish and leave one real review note. no need to send me the file or token.
