The challenge in AI support isn't answering more questions—it's deciding which ones shouldn't be answered automatically. I'd keep validating whether customers are buying lower support volume or confidence that automation knows when to hand conversations back to a human.
Hi @Aryan
Thank you for your comment.
Agreed — with RevoplyAI we treat handoff as a first-class feature, not a fallback. The bot answers from the client's own knowledge base and stays silent when the answer isn't in it, rather than improvising.
That makes sense.
One thing I'd keep watching is whether customers describe the value as "the AI answered my customers" or "the AI protected my team from spending time on conversations it shouldn't handle."
Those sound close, but the second is usually where trust in automation gets built.
