First product = $550k ARR. Just started building product #2.

I'm the founder of a farm management software company called Harvest Profit. We are currently a team of 4 FT and 2 PT.

One of my key goals for 2019 has been to spend more time working "on" the business vs "in" the business.

During this, I have yet to find a process management tool that I liked. So we started building our own. We're calling it Playbook.

I'm going to be building it "in public" with the goal to have the initial version done in 100 days. I'm also going to be using mostly contractors to build this, showing that you don't need in-house staff to build a software project.
