Seems cool but the homepage is missing the one sentece 'wow' factor.

Make it more concrete.

"Every find a set of icons you love but are missing one or two? IconWell is a tool to create on the fly your missing icons. Avoid (list issues here)'

Something like that?

Amazing! This is a real problem for me -- I keep using mismatched icons because I'm picking them from different icon sets.

Okay, so this is useful and somewhat valuable.

I just cannot justify spending $2 per export. Please offer some more valuable monthly options. But also I don't think I will use this enough to justify a large export so maybe a one-off payment for n exports would be nice?

Cool, looks like a useful product. The number of times I've found myself in that "missing icon" scenario...haha.

It's an amazing product, but still, amazing products need further fine-tuning to make them even more amazing. Congrats and good luck with this amazing and awesome tool to make searching for icons an amazing and enjoyable activity.

Looks like an awesome tool! Love how you can easily make variations. Two issues though:

• The variants menu UX is a confusing mess. Why does the offset config open above and not below? Why do they have scrolls bars when they would easily fit on my screen? Why does the padding slider only appear after I click on the number? ...
• This is an issue with 90% of design tools out there, but I despise that they let you make things for free, require sign-up for exporting and ONLY THEN tell you it's going to cost money. So the first thing I always do is check if I can export, and if it asks me to sign up without telling me its price, I close the page.

The application UX/UI looks amazing. Good luck!

I just wanted to say congrats and wish you a lot of success! I hope the positive emotions keep on giving me motivation for improving!

A bit of feedback on the product:

• Love the app design - feels clean and actually pretty much intuitive even at first use
• Amazing touch with the presets when creating a new icon set, easy to get started and know what you are doing
• The tour looks amazing and covers all the important part
• Would be cool if the generated variants wouldn't be so sticky at the bottom, but rather wrap it up in a sidebar section itself (something like on Figma) - atm it feels like it's floating for some reason

Anyway, wish you great success with this, I can see it being handful for projects where I need to alter the icons a bit without much hassle
