After a lot of work, struggle, frustration I finally have paying customers!

I ran the numbers quickly. Here, they are:

Revenue Total: 18 EUR

• Recurring vs One-time: Recurring (monthly subscription)

• paying customers: 2 (both unknown to me)

• Tier 1: 2 customers
• Tier 2: 0 customers
• Tier 3: 0 customers
• Tier 4: 0 customers
• Conversion rate 1 listing vs paid: 1.62%
• CAC: sample size of 2:
  3 EUR per hour for VA.
  VA onboards 30 profiles per hour = 0.10 EUR per new profile.
  1'725 users have a profile.
  122 users published a property: 122/1'725 = 7.07%.
  0.1 EUR / 7.07% = 1.41 EUR per published property.
  4.28/ 1.62% = 86.28 EUR per paying customer.
• ROI with Tier 1 customers = 86.28 EUR / 9 EUR= 9.58 months.
