First review on WordPress and it's a 5* 🥳
Hey! Very proud of my first review for Boeis WordPress plugin :)
This Monday I activated the WordPress plugin for Boei
Someone found it on the WordPress "new plugins" page and installed it. Didn't knew that page existed, I initially thought he was from IH :)
He used it for his website and asked me for some changes.
Previously, I would have thought: "Let's see if other people request something similar".
Now, I thought "**** it, let's build it".
I did and apparently he was very happy about it because he posted a 5* review without me asking.
Lessons learned:
- If you can make one customer happy, why not do it!
- Actively ask customers for feedback and where they found you
What is the Boei about?
None of my friends like to use live chat because:
- Sometimes you don't get a reply
- You have to keep the tab with the chat open
- Sometimes you get a reply but you forgot to open the tab and the agent is already gone again
Why are we forcing customers to use something new? They already have great communication channels!
I'm working on Boei.help mostly for fun, but also to help resolve this issue. I don't want to give customers only live chat, but also WhatsApp, Twitter DMs, Facebook messenger and other options. I want to provide support to my customers on the channels they already use, build a relationship instead of being a live chat robot.

Interesting app. I too found the landing page confusing at the first glance. It became more clear when I interact with the widget at bottom right. I agree with @abiraja that a screenshots and a more detailed description would help.

Yes. It sounded like a tool that let me reach out to customers using multiple channels, rather than a tool that enables visitor to communicate with me more easily.

Congrats on your first user! Suggestion for you: even though you have a demo, a screenshot of the product + user flow would be great on the landing page. I found the landing page confusing at first glance.
