First Time Hiring for Interns - What are some best practices, watch-outs, processes that worked for y'all?

Hi everyone,

It's time for me to hire my first intern for my growth team. We are a very small team of co-founders, but a lot of the content creation is taking up way too much of my time. I've nailed down the process and workflow so it shouldn't be an issue offloading the work to a capable intern. That being said, this is my first time actually hiring for interns.

I'd love to know any best practices or processes or things to think about in doing this for the first time.
